My aim for my all who I work with is to improve all aspects of physical & mental strength and knowledge on nutrition and what works for you to improve and become as strong physically and mentally as you can possibly be. In doing this we achieve your personal goals and make our time working together a positive experience that enables you to gain knowledge on the body and what it takes to become strong physically and mentally.
Over the duration of our time working together I will work with you on personal level via WhatsApp and in house sessions to help you realise what it takes for you to reach your goals and show what you are capable of when you commit to those targets.
From my experiences in many sports and goals achieved in different challenges working with the body and mind I will share my journey on where it began I started my education in sports science back in 2013. I spent 2 years of my life playing at the top level and it was during this journey that I realised the importance of health and fitness and nutrition and how they impact the body and mind. Since that point in my life, I knew that coaching and helping develop to their full athletic potential, while leading a healthy lifestyle was something I would pursue.
After coming out of football, I decided to explore other avenues in fitness, something that stood out in stark contrast was body building. It was a complete extreme, but I understood that this is where science was applied practically to shaping the human form. In order to fully understand the transformative experience this sport could have on the body I became a competitive bodybuilder pushing my mind & body physique to its limits. It was a hugely challenging experience but has given me a unique insight into lean muscle development methods on how to set targets and reach them successfully using the body and mind together to push through challenging experiences.
Following on from this disciplined sport I sought out new challenges, and found myself drawn to the ever popular MMA (mixed martial arts) scene and strongman events I believe that in this arena a powerful mindset can be created, and it also exposes the fighter and in any other challenge you may face to multiple training styles and systems, all things that uniquely add to my knowledge as a coach, and the incredible programmes I put together for clients from all backgrounds.
I discovered early on in my career that mindset, play a huge role in success and achievement, but also personal happiness. I also found the body can only go as far as your mind and your beliefs allow, so I engage clients in developing this aspect of themselves in order to reap the greatest rewards.

My particular focus is to that you eat well, for health and that the quality of foods are going to give you the best overall energy levels for you body & mind to perform at its optimum. My food plans do not incorporate processed foods as we want to reduce the impact of modern day toxins.

Massivly enjoyed this 13 week (ish) block looking to add some size and change my body composition, with the goal to build muscle hoping to look at longevity and change my body to be better week on week. I’ve enjoyed this style of training creating mind muscle connections working on progressive overload of weight and time under tension. It’s been great how you have helped me fit it into my lifestyle helping me to get the most out of short sessions that are planned around work and my family. Ive realised progression can be made in a less amount of time if i use the time correctly. I feel like I’ve seen more progress in this block than through any other type of training ive tried. Mentally it’s helped me focus and I feel good aligning my nutrition to the way I want to live. I now have a fifferent look on nutrition not demonising food but being more mindful that it’s fuel for both body and mind. I haven’t went crazy and still enjoyed all types off food and occasion session on the ale. Also been nice to get to know you and talk about improving the body and mind, feel like it’s helped me mentally more than physically. You are a genuine bloke who’s interested in helping someone be better. Never felt patronised or uncomfortable and any conversation has been a shared experience and never just talked at or feel like I’m there to listen to someone who knows best. You have been patient with me missing check ins or having events and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or like I had to use any excuses because your helping with long term goals and not forcing quick fix on myself. Massively appreciate the help and looking forward to seeing what I can do I’m the next 8 weeks short term and also what I can do with my body in the long term
